CLASSES
All group classes are held in the Ullapool High School Macphail centre unless stated otherwise. Loch Broom Yoga offers regular, accessible Hatha yoga classes and retreats for all levels. Classes operate on a drop-in, pay-per-session basis.​
Hatha Yoga Adult Classes
Wednesday: 9:30 am and 10:45 am
Thursday: 9:30 am
Hatha yoga is the oldest practised form of yoga. It uses Asanas (yoga postures) and Pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body. Hatha yoga is relatively gentle and slow, making it great for beginners or students looking for something a bit more relaxed.

Pre and Post - Natal Class (Currently no classes available)
Kids Yoga (Currently no classes available)
This class mainly creates an enjoyable space for pre- and post-natal women, where they can perform a gentle style of yoga that isn't very physically demanding. The main objectives are to help women maintain good postural integrity, strengthen their muscles in preparation for labour and further carrying of the baby, teach them how to relax using breath work, calm the mind, but also cope with the pain and stress of labour.

Classes are tailored to be fun and engaging to young minds, with the integration of yoga postures into games, and an emphasis placed on being respectful to the group as a whole.

This class is for those who want to enjoy the benefits of yoga but may think of age, physical condition, weight or shyness as an obstacle.

Zoom Classes
1:1 Classes
Thursday: 6:30 pm
Friday: 9 am
Zoom classes are the same as regular adult classes, but you can join them from anywhere, which makes your practice accessible at all times.
If the group classes do not fit your schedule or you prefer a more personalised approach to learning, Alice also offers 1:1 classes both through zoom and at her residence in Lochside.
